Founder & Lead Yoga Instructor
Through yoga, Deepika experienced not just physical transformation, but emotional and spiritual clarity. It grounded her, helped her reconnect with herself, and made her realize the immense value of mindful living.
That profound shift inspired her to leave a corporate career and dedicate herself fully to sharing the life-changing benefits of yoga with others.

The Breath of Life
Pranayama is the ancient science of conscious breathing — the most direct path to calming the nervous system, energizing the body, and stilling the mind. Every breath is a doorway inward.
Alternate Nostril Breathing
Balances the left and right hemispheres of the brain, calms anxiety, improves focus, and purifies the nadis (energy channels). Ideal for beginners.
Humming Bee Breath
The vibration of the hum instantly soothes the nervous system. Deeply effective for insomnia, anger, grief, and anxiety — a natural tranquiliser.
Skull-Shining Breath
Rapid, forceful exhalations cleanse the lungs, activate the core, boost metabolism, and create mental clarity. Energising and purifying.
Ocean Breath
Our signature breath at Ocean Breath Yoga. The gentle constriction at the throat creates a calming ocean sound — ideal for yoga practice and deep meditation.
Cooling Breath
Inhaling through a rolled or slightly open tongue cools the body and mind, reduces pitta (heat), and brings a profound sense of calm and relaxation.
Channel Purification
A deeper form of alternate nostril breathing that purifies the subtle energy channels, preparing the mind for meditation and deeper states of awareness.
